Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Controller for our automotive dealership to oversee all financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior finance, knowledge of corporate finance, and experience with SAP and Autosoft. A CPA/CMA is desirable. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration; CPA/CMA desirable.
• 5+ years in senior finance or accounting, automotive industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles and forecasting.
• Proficient with MS Office and financial software (SAP, Autosoft).
• Analytical, strategic thinker with leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department structure and objectives.
• Direct financial planning and budget management functions.
• Prepare financial reports: income statements, balance sheets, tax returns.
• Oversee manufacturing accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, analysis.
• Develop internal controls and financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary reporting requirements.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with senior teams on strategy and growth.
• Lead and motivate finance team to high performance.
• Manage calculation and issuance of bonuses; use Autosoft software.
