Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required.
5-7+ years' dealership accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with CDK is a plus.
Broad knowledge of accounting concepts, principles, and practices.
Ability to supervise and evaluate staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

Oversee the general ledger, reconcile issues, and report to executive leadership.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and reporting.
Supervise the accounting office and staff.
Develop and interpret accurate financial statements and ensure policy conformance.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and collaborate across departments.
Lead month-end and year-end closings and related special projects.
