Holmes Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple dealership locations. You will partner with executives to ensure disciplined financial operations, improve processes, and drive scalable growth.

This leadership role requires strong automotive accounting knowledge, team development, and systems experience with Dealertrack or Frazer. In-person work with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Controller or senior automotive accounting leader.
• Strong dealership accounting experience across multiple rooftops.
• Thorough understanding of automotive inventory accounting, reconciliations, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting across multiple dealership locations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closes with accuracy.
• Oversee reconciliations, receivables, payables, payroll and general ledger activity.
