Job summary

Mobis North America seeks a Mechanical CAD Engineer to support automotive product design from concept to production. You will manage 2D/3D CAD, STEP release, and engineering documentation while coordinating with MOBIS HQ and OEMs to ensure design feasibility and on‑time milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and ~5+ years in CAD design, with expertise in UG, CATIA V5, and Teamcenter. Hybrid work with on‑site and off‑site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• ~5+ years of experience in Mechanical or Electronics CAD design.
• Proficiency with UG and CATIA V5 CAD systems and PLM release processes.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical product design from concept through production.
• Release 2D/3D drawings and manage STEP files and documentation.
• Coordinate with MOBIS HQ and OEMs for design reviews and feasibility.
• Deliver design data between OEMs and MOBIS and support cross‑functional teams.
