Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a hands-on Injection Molding Engineer to own the full lifecycle of molded components for body system applications in vehicles. You will manage tooling concepts, mold design, process development, and production launches while ensuring ongoing quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field from an ABET-accredited university.
5+ years of hands-on injection molding engineering experience, including tooling design, process development, and production support.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle of injection molded components from tooling concept to production launch and QA.
Review and approve mold designs; manage tooling builds with suppliers; drive mold qualification (T1–T3).
Develop, validate, and document robust injection molding processes with scientific molding principles and process windows.
Manage component quality from mold qualification through production; lead PPAP submissions and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams on DFM reviews, mold flow analysis, and tolerance studies.
