Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to manage customer relationships, lead account management activities, and drive satisfaction while supporting sales, profitability and operations.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinate with purchasing, engineering, quality, and program teams, and oversee forecasts, pricing, and program changes across the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in automotive commercial, account management, sales, or program management.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Automotive manufacturing or supplier experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Lead customer communication on production schedules, forecasts, pricing, service issues and program changes.
• Monitor customer demand and support production planning activities.
• Coordinate corrective actions for customer concerns and delivery issues.
• Prepare and present customer account performance reports.
