Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, located in Holland, MI, seeks an Automation Technician to support and improve automated welding cells. You will mentor level I–IV technicians and weld staff, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and perform robot programming tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include improving safety, following procedures, and coordinating with Weld Engineers on RAFT schedules and ROBOT simulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
