Job summary
Roechling Automotive is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to troubleshoot and repair complex automation systems on our manufacturing floor. You will program, optimize, and upgrade PLC logic, and collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC logic and automation systems.
- Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead and support machine build projects and automation upgrades.
- Coordinate with purchasing for maintenance materials.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Continuous improvement and project management experience.
