- Experience with monitoring solutions like Splunk.
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge (GCP preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide monitoring, support, and maintenance of automation solutions in production.
- Support 24x7 operations with proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Define monitoring metrics and improve automation governance.
- Collaborate with developers and support teams to meet SLAs.
- Assist in transitioning bots into production with SOP adherence.
