Ciklum is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team in India on a full-time basis. You will lead automation efforts, migrate the suite to Playwright, and work within a cross-functional team to deliver reliable testing across UI and API layers.

The role emphasizes building robust automation frameworks, integrating tests in CI/CD, and mentoring teammates while ensuring high product quality. English proficiency and overlap with US timings are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA automation experience for web and API testing.
• Strong JavaScript development skills and testing frameworks knowledge.
• Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency with PlaywrightJS or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and test reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect test automation frameworks from scratch
• Develop automated UI tests & API tests
• Integrate automated scripts into the CI/CD process
• Develop, maintain, and expand automated testing infrastructure
• Define Quality Metrics and report test results
