Job summary

Ralliant seeks a seasoned automation leader to set strategy for site automation, guide cross-functional teams in Solon, Hollister, or Chandler, and own end-to-end program delivery. Strong engineering background and hands-on leadership are essential.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, and drive adoption of new automation technologies in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in automation, controls, or manufacturing engineering with leadership experience.
BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
Technical depth in controls and manufacturing processes is ideal.
Strong knowledge of controls, robotics, machine vision, PLCs, HMIs, and integrated systems.
Proven program or project management with end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

Set technical strategy and direction for site automation programs.
Lead, mentor, and develop automation design and development teams.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, resourcing, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Provide technical leadership across controls, manufacturing, and automation disciplines.
