Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
• 4+ years' experience maintaining automated assembly equipment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Perform preventative maintenance and schedule PM activities with supervision.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMI, motion control, and networks on complex lines.
• Document procedures and equipment changes thoroughly.
