Job summary

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read blueprints, and implement preventive maintenance, documenting downtime and improvements while collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in maintenance of automated assembly equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose, and repair production line equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide maintenance.
• Perform PLC diagnostics and programming.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate PMs with production and engineering.
• Document procedures and downtime accurately.
