Job summary
Torrey Holistics seeks a senior maintenance engineer to diagnose and repair complex machines in advanced manufacturing settings. You will perform expert break-fix, preventive maintenance, and drive reliability projects across diverse assets.
You will guide peers, write standards, and document results for management systems. Responsibilities include assembling retrofit packages, updating operating procedures, and coordinating with customers on optimization and PM processes.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
- Ability to diagnose, evaluate alternatives, and make repairs.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (local, national, international).
Responsibilities
- Execute expert break-fix and preventive maintenance.
- Source parts and supplies; evaluate alternatives for reliability and cost.
- Assemble retrofit/upgrade packages and drive implementation.
- Direct customer counterparts on maintenance optimization and PM processes.
- Coach lower-level technicians and lead training programs for customers and peers.
- Document all work in service reports and management systems.
