Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree (2-year college degree) required.
• 5+ years applicable work experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficient in electrical, electronics and controls technologies used in industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated production equipment including PLCs and sensors.
• Experience with PM programs, spare parts, and equipment validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and provide floor support to technicians.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance on equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Review PMs, schedule major repairs, and track parts inventory.
• Assist with SOP updates and equipment commissioning.
