Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain technologies for disassembly, assembly, testing, and automation in automotive remanufacturing.

You will work on motion control, PLC/HMI programming, robot projects, and vision systems within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include leading projects, mentoring engineers, and interfacing with multiple departments while developing robust electrical and mechanical designs and safe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and PLC/HMI programming.
• Hands-on robotics and automation solution design and safety considerations.
• Ability to draw electrical schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic drawings.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, Type sensors, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cost and effort estimation for new product lines and projects.
• Interface with customers and support launches across departments.
• Lead and mentor engineers; manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Design and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls.
• Develop and standardize electrical/mechanical design architectures and maintenance documents.
• Collaborate on robotics, automation, vision systems, and safety circuits.
