Job summary

BD in USA CT - Canaan is seeking an experienced automation/Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and integration of manufacturing equipment and automation systems. Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment, processes, and products are designed, delivered, and operated to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Lead design and development of assembly, packaging, automation, inspection, and manufacturing equipment.
Lead equipment suppliers, system integrators, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the integration of new equipment and processes into existing manufacturing operations.
Provide technical leadership during production ramp-up to achieve performance, quality, and capacity targets.
