Ensemble Health Partners India is seeking a Senior Engineer for RPA and Intelligent Automation. You will own automation solutions end‑to‑end, architect across RPA, API, and agentic/CUA approaches, and lead proofs of concept to production at scale. Strong Python and cloud experience are required.

You will work with a stack including Playwright, Azure, Docker, and Azure OpenAI, driving design decisions, standards, and mentorship. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-growing team.

Formación

• 7+ years building and running production automation or software with Python at the center.
• Experience owning solutions end to end across discovery to production.
• Hands-on RPA delivery with Python; Power Automate experience valued.
• Web, Citrix, OCR automation using Playwright or Selenium; resilient patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end architecture of automation solutions across RPA, API, and agentic approaches.
• Lead proofs of concept for new automation approaches and de-risk new tech.
• Design and build reusable Python automation framework and components.
• Set technical standards, review designs, and mentor junior engineers.
• Architect for scale and reliability: orchestration, retries, and SLAs.
• Build agentic automations blending LLMs with UI control.
• Design secure unattended execution with REST/SOAP APIs and secret management.
• Package and deploy with Docker and Azure, and enable CI/CD.
• Own observability: logging, traces, metrics, dashboards, alerts.
• Collaborate with operations, security, and client teams; present to leadership.
