Qualifications
- 8+ years of automation engineering experience in regulated manufacturing.
- H hands-on Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC and FactoryTalk View Studio experience.
- PAS-X MES integration and support experience.
- Knowledge of SCADA, MES, and industrial control systems.
- Experience with capital projects, equipment integration, and manufacturing startup.
- Strong project coordination, planning, and technical leadership.
- Siemens automation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead automation activities for new manufacturing line installations and expansions.
- Support project planning, scheduling, sequencing, and execution.
- Integrate and troubleshoot SCADA, MES, PI Historian, and control systems.
- Support Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell Automation platforms, and FactoryTalk systems.
- Provide PAS-X MES integration and support.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Validation, and project teams.
- Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Ensure GMP compliance and pharmaceutical industry standards.
