Ideal candidates have extensive experience with liquid handling automation (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton, Integra), script development, and cross-functional collaboration across scientists and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or biotech field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years in laboratory automation and high-throughput molecular assay development.
• Experience with LIMS integration and barcode-based tracking.
