Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Automation Scientist to support drug discovery in the Data, AI & Genome Sciences team. You will develop, optimize, and validate high-throughput automation workflows for single-cell sequencing, CRISPR screens, and multi-omic assays.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in engineering or life sciences, or Bachelor’s with 3+ years in laboratory automation.
• Hands‑on experience with lab automation systems (Biomek, Hamilton, Echo).
• Experience with high-throughput genomics techniques such as single-cell RNA‑seq, CRISPR screens, or Olink HT.
• Ability to design and execute large‑scale automated protocols.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
