Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering required.
18 months of hands-on manufacturing automation experience required.
Experience with PLC programming: Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, Studio 500, MicroLogix 1000.
Experience with HMI design: AutomationDirect EM7, FactoryTalk View.
Experience with Drives & motion systems: Unidrive, servo systems.
Experience with Robotics: FANUC and Yaskawa Motoman (Inform & MotoPlus).
SolidWorks 3D modeling and assembly experience.

Responsibilities

Design, program, and maintain automated control systems for manufacturing lines.
Develop HMIs and real-time fault diagnostics; ensure user-friendly interfaces.
Lead cross-functional automation projects and mentor junior engineers.
Integrate multi-vendor control networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet) and validate systems.
