Job summary

Haskell is seeking an experienced automation leader to act as the primary technical resource for automation scopes across projects. You will coordinate design across disciplines, vendors, and customers, and manage from concept through startup, including budgets and proposals.

The role requires a BS in engineering with 8–10 years of related experience; PE license is encouraged. Travel up to 40% and leadership of a small team are expected components of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering curriculum with 8-10 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience in automation project design, execution, PLC/HMI programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead design & startup execution for automation projects across disciplines.
• Develop and maintain budgets, scopes, and vendor coordination.
• Provide project reporting, deliverable tracking, and schedule adherence.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with customers and leadership.
• Develop automation content for proposals and design basis documents.
