Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to support manufacturing, project teams and Quality in designing, configuring, updating, troubleshooting and documenting automation systems in a regulated life sciences environment.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining PLC/SCADA/DeltaV, validating interfaces, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliant automation projects.

Qualifications

DeltaV configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Life Sciences GMP concepts: data integrity, electronic signatures, validation, audit trails, controlled documents, deviations/CAPA, change control.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), SCADA, DeltaV system.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
Provide technical support during PPQ phase and project implementation.
Draft and update URS/FRS/DS/Test Protocols as part of qualification.
Monitor system performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
