Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/related engineering and 5+ years experience or equivalent.
- Academics: GPA 3.0+.
- Expert with engineering design tools (CAD) and programming software.
- Documentation of equipment/applications for deployed solutions.
- Strong communication across segments and disciplines.
- Proven in using standards and researching problems to solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex automation projects across multiple leads.
- Develop automated/robotic systems and integrate with MES/Smart Factory concepts.
- Create docs, operating instructions, and user manuals for deployed solutions.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and assist recruiting as needed.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams on automation objectives and impact.
