• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and validate processes; design experiments and analyze data.
• Create and maintain SOPs, protocols, risk assessments, and validation documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff; coordinate cross-functional projects.
