Job summary
Biogen is seeking a Sr. Engineer I/II for Automation & MES to provide technical leadership in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This role involves supporting both manufacturing operations and significant capital projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering along with 4-6 years of automation engineering experience, with proficiency in DeltaV and Syncade systems. You will be responsible for designing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior staff.
Competitive salary range is $93,000.00-$143,000.00, complemented by an array of benefits and incentives.
Qualifications
- At minimum 4 years (Sr. Engineer I) or 6 years (Sr. Engineer II) of experience in automation engineering.
- Hands‑on exposure to DeltaV and/or Syncade recipe authoring.
- Strong experience with validated systems, including documentation and change control execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and hands‑on support for DeltaV and Syncade MES systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain software solutions.
- Mentor and train junior engineers.
