Biogen is seeking a Sr. Engineer I/II for Automation & MES to provide technical leadership in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This role involves supporting both manufacturing operations and significant capital projects.

Competitive salary range is $93,000.00-$143,000.00, complemented by an array of benefits and incentives.
A Sr. Engineer I/II in Automation & MES is a key member of the RTP Bio Automation & MES team, supporting both day-to-day manufacturing operations and large-scale capital and improvement projects. This role provides technical leadership for DeltaV and Syncade MES systems, partnering cross-functionally to design, implement, and sustain robust automation solutions that enable safe, compliant, and efficient biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
You are a technically strong automation engineer who thrives in a regulated manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering across functions to solve complex problems.

The base compensation range for this role is: $93,000.00-$143,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
