Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a seasoned Senior Automation Engineer to drive rapid delivery of high-impact automation within healthcare payer operations. You will lead design, development, and governance of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, SharePoint, and data systems like Databricks.

You will mentor junior engineers, conduct process discovery, and apply Generative AI approaches to reduce maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years in software development or data engineering with ETL emphasis.
5+ years expert-level Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud/Desktop) and API integration.
5+ years of SQL/noSQL experience in healthcare contexts with API integrations.
Experience applying OCR/NLP and document AI to healthcare data.

Responsibilities

Lead process mining and workshops with stakeholders to map workflows and quantify ROI.
Design end-to-end automation integrating SharePoint with healthcare systems like Databricks.
Apply Generative AI to summarize notes or parse provider emails instead of brittle RPA loops.
Develop complex automations using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud with robust error handling.
Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and secure-by-design practices.
Create connectors or scripts (PowerShell, Python, JSON) to bridge gaps where needed.
