- Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
- Lead end-to-end automation projects from discovery to production support.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and ticket resolution.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots and conversational experiences integrated with back-end systems.
