This hands-on, collaborative role partners with business stakeholders, security, and data teams to prioritize opportunities, implement solutions, and establish automation standards, with a hybrid schedule requiring three on-site days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation/integration development (RPA, low-code, or iPaaS) with production workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with two tool categories: RPA, low-code automation, or iPaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end automation workflows across platforms.
• Deploy cloud-based automations using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or GCP.
• Develop integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and queues.
• Establish robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for production reliability.
• Partner with security, risk, and compliance to ensure governance and runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and promote automation best practices.
