Job summary

OpenArc, LLC is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of automation solutions across industrial and software systems. You will drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability within client environments.

Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and business teams; mentor junior engineers; and own automation scripts, tools, and workflows. Knowledge of PLCs/SCADA, programming languages, cloud APIs, and CI/CD is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation engineering or related field.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, programming, and system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, robotics, industrial controls, or software automation.
• Knowledge of Python, C#, Java, PowerShell, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or automated testing tools.
