Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking an experienced Class A Senior Project Manager to lead automation and electrification for capital projects in North America. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8+ years of project management experience, leadership and communication strengths, proficiency with MS Project, and travel willingness (5–20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience delivering automation and electrification projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and electrification projects from inception to completion, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain for timely milestone delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcing.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement of PM processes.
