Provide effective production support with accurate problem identification, ticket documentation, and vendor dialogue.
Document small-to-medium projects and deliver presentations with minimal supervision.
Dissect complex situations and refocus on critical technology tasks.
Coach teams on best automation practices and lead other automation engineers through tactical problems.
