Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Lead Automation & Maintenance Manager for the Chesterfield R&D site. You will own site automation, electrical, and data systems, guiding architecture, integrations, and data-driven decision-making to enable GMP-compliant operations.

You will lead technical initiatives, develop governance, and partner with GWE and Pfizer systems. This role is a senior IC with no direct reports, hybrid work, and a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience with automation, electrical and data systems in regulated environments.
Ability to analyze system data for operational decision-making.
Experience designing and implementing system architectures and integrations.
Experience with GMP/GLP/GCP standards and data governance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the site and network SME for automation, electrical, and data systems.
Design and implement system architecture, integrations, and enhancements.
Develop data models, dashboards, and analytics tools for operations and strategy.
Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and RCA for complex issues.
Drive energy optimization and maintenance reliability improvements.
