The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Electronics Engineering and 5+ years of PLC/HMI experience, with travel up to 20% for client sites and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering, including PLC/HMI systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the PLC engineering team, including task assignments and mentorship.
• Present customized solutions for controls upgrades and expansions.
• Foster long-term client relationships for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments and leadership on execution strategies.
• Schedule engineering tasks to meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement sequences of operation per specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems on-site and remotely.
• Travel as needed (10–20%) for meetings, commissioning, and support.
