Enchanted Rock is seeking an Automation and Controls Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians supporting power generation and microgrid facilities. You will translate design intent into reliable field execution, directing complex troubleshooting and coordinating with IT, EPC, NOC, and O&M.

You will own controls narratives, interlock matrices, test procedures, and field readiness, while mentoring staff and ensuring safe, on-time project delivery across medium-voltage installations.

Qualificações

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in automation and controls.
• Experience in power generation, electrical commissioning, or system integration.
• Three+ years directly managing technical employees.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA, networks, and control documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise A&C engineers and technicians; set goals and conduct reviews.
• Lead controls integration across generator controllers, GMCs, PLCs, RTACs, and SCADA/HMI.
• Own controls test plans, FAT/SAT, and field turnover for projects and retrofits.
