ERock is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to design, integrate, test, and commission automation and controls for distributed generation and microgrid projects. You will work with multiple teams to translate engineering intent into field-ready procedures and troubleshooting guidance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in electrical/controls engineering and 5+ years of related experience, with travel to project sites and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in automation, controls, or related fields.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA/HMI, and electrical control-system documentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and diagrams.
• Travel to ERock projects and field support as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, integration, testing, commissioning of automation and controls systems.
• Develop control narratives, sequences, alarm lists, and I/O mappings.
• Lead or support commissioning for medium-voltage and microgrid projects.
• Review schematics, wiring, panel drawings, and vendor docs for field readiness.
• Conduct FAT/SAT, startup, turnover, and post-commissioning support.
• Create field procedures, checklists, test scripts, and templates.
