Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual development of new equipment balancing specs, process control, cost, quality, and lead times.
• Design and implement control-reliable safety systems per ANSI/RIA R15.06 and OSHA for robots, conveyors, and high-throughput systems.
• Develop and debug PLC logic with architecture, documentation, and long-term maintainability.
• Design and debug software for robotics, vision systems, MES, and test equipment.
• Lead vendor release documentation and perform detailed quote evaluations.
• Size electrical and electromechanical components for optimal integration.
• Create intuitive HMI interfaces for complex machinery and troubleshooting.
• Design electrical panels per NFPA 79, NEC, UL 508A; generate schematics.
• Oversee electrical cabinet fabrication and field wiring; install pneumatic/fluid systems.
• Lead automation in production and train maintenance teams.
• Build and test equipment for contract manufacturers.
