Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to electrical/mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years in automation controls, PLC/HMI programming, and related areas.
- Experience with Omron, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens hardware and programming.
Responsibilities
- Design controls architecture and develop PLC/HMI code for automated equipment.
- Collaborate with mechanical designers, controls technicians, and vendors.
- Design PC-based HMIs for effective machine control and feedback.
- Develop test plans and write technical reports on results.
- Perform safety analyses to ensure compliance with standards.
