Job summary

Jobtailor in Mesa, AZ seeks a senior-level integration engineer to advance PLC/HMI projects within the building systems sector. You will work on system integration, identify parts and components for PLC, network, computer, and software, and contribute to on-site commissioning.

Responsibilities include programming PLCs and HMIs, testing program logic, troubleshooting start-up issues, and developing comprehensive documentation and user manuals for end users. Engineering degree required.

Qualifications

6 years of experience in architectural, engineering or construction (AEC) industry or similar field.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, related Bachelor’s discipline, related degree from a Technical College or equivalent
Industrial controls experience.
8 years of experience in architectural, engineering or construction (AEC) industry or similar field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist with system integration projects by identifying parts and components for PLC, network, computer, and software components.
Program PLCs and HMIs.
Test functionality of program logic and installed equipment.
Troubleshoot software and systems issues during start-up.
Develop and assemble documentation and user manuals
