HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer to lead automation strategies for BESS production in Dallas. Qualifications
- Working experience in automation and controls within manufacturing.
- 10+ years in automation and controls in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on PLC, SCADA and HMI experience.
- Battery energy storage or related high-volume manufacturing background preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, commissioning, and optimization of automation and controls for BESS production.
- Serve as local SME for automation and controls technologies on production lines.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for PLCs, robotics, and vision systems.
- Develop and lead FMEA and risk assessments for process improvements.
- Mentor team members in PLC programming, robotics, and vision system analysis.
