Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage in North Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and manage production teams on their shift. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to meet targets and optimize processes.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, training on equipment and procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs while

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• At least 5 years in leadership/supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive performance improvements and cost reductions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to production employees.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews with the Production Manager.
• Ensure training of new and existing employees on equipment, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist management with daily production operations and fill in on lines as needed to maintain output.
• Optimize production processes to minimize downtime and ensure material availability.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in maintenance/continuous improvement initiatives.
