Asplundh Engineering Services provides engineering design, construction, maintenance, and project management for electrical systems across the U.S. AES-Ambler offers in-house panel shop and 20+ years of experience in automation controls integration.

The role is Full-Time +, Exempt, with on-site work in Ambler, PA, requiring travel up to 50% and pre-employment screening. Compensation is market-competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related major (preferred).
• 6 to 10 years of experience requested.
• Driver License required.

Responsabilités

• Guide and support the design and programming of SCADA systems using Wonderware, Ignition, Iconics, etc.
• Guide and support the design and programming of PLC-based control systems using Allen-Bradley, GE, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Configure third-party hardware and software for industrial automation and power systems applications.
• Lead design and quality control of point-to-point wiring schedules and diagrams.
• Apply understanding of communications methodologies (ethernet, serial, fiber, etc.).
• Apply knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, ethernet/IP, DNP3, OPC, etc.).
• Assist engineering with control wiring and concepts.
• Support and maintenance of PLC/Networking/SCADA and server systems in field.
