You will bridge engineering requirements with commercial execution, collaborating with customers, integrators, and suppliers to deliver end-to-end automation projects.

The role requires deep expertise in process control, SCADA, PLC/HMI architectures, and motor control, with strong documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in process control, SCADA systems, PLC/HMI architectures, motor control, and industrial automation.
• Experience with control panel design, component selection, and layout for electrical control applications.
• Proven ability to read engineering specs, P&IDs, and construction drawings for automation projects.
• Track record of managing multiple automation projects with technical and commercial requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers, engineers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for industrial automation with emphasis on Schneider Electric hardware and software.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop BOMs, submittals, and automation solutions.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Negotiate pricing and secure materials for successful project execution.
• Collaborate with account managers, system integrators, and contractors to drive project success.
• Provide technical support and guidance on process control, motor control, and automation topics.
• Document lessons learned and share knowledge to improve processes.
