Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer to design scalable automation for validating payload software in a satellite network. You will craft frameworks that exercise signal routing, beam forming, and fault handling across thousands of scenarios.

You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and own the regression testing backbone that gates production readiness for next-gen satellites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development in Java/C++/C# and OO design.
• 5+ years in design/architecture of large-scale systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years building test automation frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive automated test frameworks for satellite payload software.
• Lead end-to-end validation and system integration testing efforts.
• Define test strategies across signal processing and routing components.
• Own CI/CD pipelines triggering regression tests on code changes.
• Collaborate with payload software, RF, and systems teams to close gaps.
