Orange County's Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Automation Developer to design and build modern automations across on‑prem and cloud platforms. You will connect core banking systems with cloud services and begin embedding AI/agentic capabilities into workflows.

The role blends hands-on development with cross‑functional collaboration with architects, security, and data teams. You’ll drive standards, reusable components, and observability while delivering reliable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on automation/integration development.
• Experience with at least two tool categories: RPA, low-code/workflow automation, iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Designs end-to-end automation workflows with multiple platforms.
• Builds cloud-based automations using Lambda/Functions and event-driven architectures.
• Implements error handling, logging, and monitoring for production readiness.
• Partner with security/compliance to ensure safe AI/automation usage.
• Owns automation lifecycle from discovery to support.
