Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development & Support to provide technical leadership across multiple automation platforms, including UiPath, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Automate. You will guide architecture, governance, and AI integrations to deliver scalable solutions for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT or software engineering
3+ years leading technical teams
Deep UiPath knowledge including orchestrator and robots
Experience with ServiceNow workflow engines
Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, Dataverse)
Hands-on AI builders and ML capabilities
Strong Agile delivery and DevOps for automation

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, tech leads, and platform architects.
Own the roadmap, standards, operating model, and adoption plan for UiPath, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI integrations.
Drive architectural vision, tech stack evolution, and code quality for core automation apps.
Embed generative and traditional AI into workflows to boost system intelligence.
Establish governance for automation development, secure AI usage, and reusable components.
Manage automation opportunity pipeline with business leaders and report benefits.
Oversee the complete SDLC using Agile and Scrum; manage budgets and resources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
