Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Senior AutoCAD/Revit Supervisor to lead CAD operations for NGA West Base Operations. This role combines hands-on CAD work with team leadership, quality control, and performance management.

You will act as the AutoCAD expert, oversee drawings, reviews, and related project support, and ensure adherence to standards and government requirements. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related CAD experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit standards and workflows.
• Experience leading CAD staff and managing workloads.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Archibus systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CAD staff, assigning work by project needs and staff capability.
• Establish workflows to meet deadlines and performance goals.
• Act as AutoCAD SME and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce AutoCAD and Revit standards.
• Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and reporting.
• Manage CAD drawing requests, prints, and reviews.
• Assist Planning Manager with planning, estimating, and coordination.
• Train and evaluate staff; participate in hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with security requirements.
