Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's Office seeks multiple senior Auto Title Technicians to mentor staff and manage detailed motor vehicle paperwork for titles, registrations, and taxes. The role acts as a State of Colorado agent, with notary duties and inventory control to maintain office efficiency.

Located in Lakewood/Littleton, the position offers on-site work four days a week, with occasional branch coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in auto titling and registration using the DRIVES system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and assist with difficult cases.
• Assist with supervisory tasks during management absence.
• Evaluate documents for legal acceptance in titling/registration.
• Collect fees and taxes as required by law and guidelines.
• Assist the public with motor vehicle inquiries and resolve complex issues.
• Notarize documents and maintain office inventory.
